Why do we have a shop?

You're right in thinking not all energy suppliers have a merch shop. So why did we start one? 

We are obsessed with our customers, and for many the feeling is mutual. We've a good few call outs from customers on socials to start selling some merch... and sometimes you just gotta give the people what they want. 🤷‍♀️ Our fluffy Constantine toys rose to fame with so many of you wanting to get your tentacles on them - if that's anything to go off, this feels like the perfect next step. 

Not only that, but it makes us happy to see so many amazing octo-fans that we really couldn't help ourselves. We've had so much fun putting this together, I mean who doesn't love a miniature electric van!

But that's what we're here to do, have fun and offer a lil something extra to our amazing customers... and those who might want to join!

We're not here to make money off merch, that's why we're not taking any profits from our sales. We'll cover our costs, with the rest going to the OctoAssist fund, which is our very own customer help fund designed to give extra help to customers most in need.

Just like spinning the wheel of fortune and listening to bespoke funky hold music, we hope shopping with us will be another fun add on to your experience as an Octopus customer. We're not professional shopkeepers yet - at the moment we're a couple of upbeat marketeers looking to ship out some cool merch.
