Shipping policy

Standard Dispatch

 

Orders on our standard dispatch service are usually dispatched within 4-6 days, Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 5pm on a Friday please allow two additional days for dispatch. All orders placed over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

All of our clothing is made to order to reduce waste. The times to produce each garment can be up to 3 days - once completed it will be dispatched. If your order is placed after 5pm on a Friday please allow two additional days for dispatch. All orders placed over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday.

If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified. If your order is for digital content and you have already paid for it, we will refund you promptly.
